– What creates club head speed?
– How to significantly increase your club head?
Let us now go through the way a club is designed. You remember in senior school once we all learned about levers? Levers have an easy method of spreading force thus giving you an advantage when you wish to move a large subject for example. Many people think you can find only 2 levers in the swing movement – the arms and the team. The explanation for…
In this three Part Special Golf Report you’ll learn:
– What creates club head speed?
– How exactly to significantly boost your club head?
Let us now consider the way a driver is made. You remember in senior school when we all learned about levers? Levers have a way of multiplying force this provides you an advantage when you want to move a sizable item for instance. Most people think there are only 2 levers in the swing movement – the club and the arms. The reason behind this I really believe is teaching professionals sometimes don’t know this, or they feel their students are too dumb to understand this.
There are 3 levers in the golf swing. This really is such an essential principle it is worth repeating – “THERE ARE 3 LEVERS IN THE GOLF SWING!”!! The first lever is the arms, the second lever is the club…can you guess what the next lever is? Most amateurs do not know the solution to this question. This is the reason many beginners can not produce REAL club head speed.
The 3rd lever is the clubface! That 3rd handle moves around its own axis. The clubface is rotating on an axis or plane that’s DISTINCTIVE from the axis the other 2 levers in the move are. The arms & arms get a grip on the rotation of the club face. How can we make use of this 3rd lever to produce club head speed?
Quite simply, how can we cause this next handle (the clubface) to provide an incredible force through the ball? You use this 3rd handle by pronating or going the best hand over the left hand (total release) as you move through the ball. To pronate methods to change the right hand face down while coming through the ball.
Only reported, consciously coming the right forearm on the left forearm as you swing through the impact area may ingrain the feeling of a complete release. This is one way the professionals create that energy draw that you see at events. Have you ever noticed why the ball sounds different coming off the pros club face…they have learned this key.
A lot of the pros have been doing this for way too long they don’t even know they are doing it. It has become ingrained inside their subconscious. I believe they can not state what they’re doing as it is now 2nd nature this is why.
HOW EXACTLY TO CONSIDERABLY INCREASE YOUR TEAM MIND SPEED:
Hopefully I’ve convinced you that it is the arms that add most to club head speed. Since if you will you understand the concept, let’s ingrain this concept in to your subconscious, or feel. Researchers who study biomechanics have established that to be able to translate a complex skill in to practice you must practice it for thirty days!
WARNING: Before you do the next exercise, ensure a few minutes are spent by you stretching to prevent injury.
Routine to Dramatically Raise Your Club Mind Speed:
Get yourself two mid irons or perhaps a heavy club. There are lots of weighted clubs on the market… Momentus sells a few different weighted groups with carved grips that work nicely.
Swing the calculated team slowly at first and concentrate on the release of the hands through the impact area. As you warm up move the club faster. The extra weight of the club causes you to swing the club on plane with a complete release.
Do this drill for 30 days straight then watch the basketball explode off your club face!
You cannot miss each day, you should practice this drill CORRECTLY for 30 consecutive days. This is the reason the golf swing is indeed hard to learn…most people do not have the patience to practice the same thing for 30 days. Something will be usually tryed by them for a couple times and if they don’t show quick improvement, they proceed to the “tip of the month.”
Stay the course with this exercise and you’ll see a fantastic increase in your club head speed putting a lot more distance to your tee shots!
