iii. Pengguna wajib menjaga kerahasiaan PIN dan bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas kerahasiaan PIN. Kerugian yang timbul akibat kegagalan/kelalaian Pengguna dalam menjaga kerahasiaan kode PIN merupakan tanggung jawab Pengguna sepenuhnya. Setiap pengiriman PIN yang diverifikasi dari akun DANA milik Pengguna akan dianggap sebagai Transaksi dan/atau aktivitas yang sah dari Pengguna, dan oleh karenanya akan mengikat dan memiliki akibat hukum terhadap Pengguna yang bersangkutan.

iv. Kecuali ditentukan lain, PIN dapat diubah dengan metode atau sarana otentikasi lainnya yang disediakan oleh EDIK atau oleh pihak lain yang bekerjasama dengan EDIK dimana metode atau sarana otentikasi tersebut telah mendapat persetujuan dari EDIK.

v. Pengguna setuju untuk menanggung semua risiko yang terkait bila mengungkapkan PIN kepada pihak ketiga manapun dan akan sepenuhnya bertanggung jawab atas setiap konsekuensi apapun yang timbul dari dan terkait dengan hal tersebut.

vi. Pihak EDIK tidak mengetahui dan tidak akan pernah meminta Pengguna memberitahukan PIN kepada EDIK.

  1. OTP (Kode Sandi Sekali Pakai / One Time Password)

i. OTP (Kode Sandi Sekali Pakai / One Time Password) adalah kode sandi yang dikirim melalui Layanan Pesan Singkat (SMS) ke nomor telepon Pengguna yang terdaftar pada aplikasi DANA, yang berfungsi untuk melakukan verifikasi atas Transaksi atau tindakan tertentu yang dilakukan melalui DANA.

ii. Pengguna wajib menjaga kerahasiaan OTP dan bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas data diri, informasi, maupun keamanan dan ketersediaan serta penguasaan atas Perangkat Telekomunikasi serta Nomor Ponsel (Handphone) yang digunakan untuk menerima kode OTP. Kerugian yang timbul akibat kegagalan/kelalaian Pengguna dalam menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan OTP merupakan tanggung jawab Pengguna sepenuhnya. Setiap kode OTP yang berhasil terverifikasi dari akun DANA akan dianggap sebagai Transaksi dan/atau aktivitas yang sah dari Pengguna, dari dan oleh karenanya akan mengikat dan memiliki akibat hukum terhadap Pengguna yang bersangkutan.

iii. Pengguna setuju untuk menanggung semua risiko yang terkait bila mengungkapkan kode OTP kepada pihak ketiga manapun dan untuk sepenuhnya bertanggung jawab atas setiap konsekuensi yang terkait dengan hal tersebut.
